I believe we all need a safe place to take off the “I got this” mask, breathe deeply, and simply be. But if you’re someone who’s used to taking care of everything and everyone (except yourself), it makes sense that asking for help feels unfamiliar and even uncomfortable. This takes nothing away from your strength - it just shows how much you’ve had to carry.

Here, you can show up exactly as you are - no performing, proving or perfection. You don’t have to say “I’m fine” when you’re not. You deserve the same care, attention, and support that you give to everyone else.

I’m not the type of therapist who is just going to sit back, nod her head every once in a while, and ask, “So how does that make you feel?’. You deserve more than that. In our work together, we’ll roll up our sleeves, get curious, and figure out what’s really going on so you can start to feel better. Laughing, crying and cursing are all welcome in our sessions.
